Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Montexoo Leather, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a cancellation or return according to the policy below.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at montexooleatherstore@gmail.com.

Once 24 hours have passed or the order has been processed/shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Please note that personalized or custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Returns

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item due to size, color, or personal preference.

Our return policy allows you to return new and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
Personalized or custom orders are not eligible for return.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is:

Damaged
Incorrect
Defective

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
